Fregeau Construction & Tile is licensed as both a General Building Contractor and a Tile Contractor, and we are bonded and insured for all the work that we do. You should always hire a licensed professional to work in your home, it’s the law, and it protects you as well as your home. Contact us for more information about our licenses, bond, or insurance.
Almost all of our projects are completed in-house, start to finish, by Fregeau Construction & Tile. The only instances where we may subcontract is with specialty items, such as custom cabinet or vanity making, custom shower glass, large slab stone installations, or complex plumbing or electrical work.
Every project is unique and there’s no way of knowing exactly what your project will cost without having all the necessary details, but these are some typical price ranges for common bathroom projects showing what you might expect to pay for everything (labor, materials, fixtures, etc).
- Average Hall Bath or Small Master Bathroom Remodel: $20-25k
- Large Master Bathroom Remodel: $40k+
- Small Master Bathroom Remodel: $15-20k
- Bathtub Replacement with Acrylic Surround: $8-11k
- Bathtub Replacement with Tile Surround: $9-12k
- Average Sized Walk-In Shower, or Tub-to-Shower Conversion: $11-15k
